We are looking for an authentic, strategic and hands-on General Manager, who demonstrates strong people’s skills with a genuine focus on guest’s experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as self - motivated Hotel Manager, with knowledge of the local market, and working within a 3 or 4 environment. You will have the ability to drive rate and place a strong emphasis on a proactive sales approach, whilst never compromising on excellent quality and service delivery. MISSION Guided by experience and passion You will be responsible for efficient overall management of the hotel area in order to make our guests absolutely exceptional by providing them with real comfort and unique moments of hospitality. You will be a leader for your team achieving common success through making them feel valued. You will be the driver of revenue generating and operational excellence. Develop the annual budget, search and identify new business opportunities SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS min. 6 - 7 years experience in a management position in hospitality relevant RM/MICE/F&B experience able to communicate fluently in English open and outgoing personality able to use diversity to create strong team in the industries
